In working on a commission based income that comes from the Seller, a buyer does not incur any costs for my services.  So it is VERY IMPORTANT to have a great relationship with your Realtor. 

I provide home searches that are streamline for you.  If we aren't finding what you have in mind, we re-visit your wants & needs in a home.  Personal attention, Representation, connecting you to lenders, home inspectors, movers & more!

I do not charge my buyers a fee for showing property - I provide my time and efforts to you.  However, in return of giving my time and efforts, your loyalty and committment to me as your Realtor is necessary and a requirement when working with me.  As one of MY clients you will have the information you need, when you want it .... at your fingertips.
